When submitting a claim under this clause, Party A must provide complete supporting documentation, including purchase invoices, proof of payment, and other relevant evidence. Once all required documents have been submitted and Party A has signed the Compensation Confirmation Letter, Party B's finance department shall promptly process the compensation.

Party A shall be liable for all losses incurred by Party B as a result of any of the above circumstances.
3. Claim Submission Deadline
Party A shall submit a written compensation claim, together with all required supporting documentation, in accordance with Party B's prescribed claim form within 10 working days from the date on which Party A becomes aware or should reasonably have become aware of the incident.
For claims submitted after this deadline, Party B reserves the right to determine whether to accept the claim based on the actual circumstances.
4. Consignee's Refusal to Accept Delivery
