Chinas Crossborder Ecommerce Zones Excel in Government Review
The Ministry of Commerce released the 2022 assessment results of cross-border e-commerce pilot zones, aiming to guide these zones to play a demonstrative role and promote innovative development. The assessment covers over 40 indicators, including implementation plans and import/export volume, and is divided into four levels. Currently, China has established 165 pilot zones with over 100,000 cross-border e-commerce entities, leading to a significant increase in import and export scale. The assessment is crucial for optimizing the pilot zones' performance and fostering sustainable growth in cross-border trade.
