Tencents Wechat Botim Enable Crossborder Payments to China
Tencent Financial Technology has partnered with Botim, a leading instant messaging app in the Middle East, to optimize the cross-border remittance experience from the Middle East to China. Users can now remit money to WeChat through Botim and notify recipients with one click. Furthermore, Tencent is collaborating with international card organizations like Visa to enhance the mobile payment experience for overseas users in China, building an open and mutually beneficial payment ecosystem. This initiative aims to simplify and improve the efficiency of international money transfers and mobile payments.
