NGTF Innovates Multilateral Trade Negotiations
This paper analyzes how the Negotiating Group on Trade Facilitation (NGTF) enhances negotiation efficiency through institutional innovation. By integrating diverse meeting formats, focusing on core pillars, and adopting a hybrid communication model of "formal presentations plus informal feedback," the NGTF has successfully facilitated the revision of multiple proposals and reached consensus within a complex international environment. These practices offer an efficient collaborative model for the development of international trade rules.
