Lesotho Upgrades Tax Talent Management System
The Lesotho Revenue Authority (LRA) is modernizing its human resource management system to improve operational efficiency and tax collection. The World Customs Organization (WCO) supports the LRA through training and capacity building, assisting in the implementation of a competency-based HRM system to build a highly effective tax workforce.
