Coordinated Border Management Boosts Global Trade Efficiency
This paper examines the practices of the EU and the Netherlands in Coordinated Border Management (CBM). By integrating certification systems like AEO, RA, and KC, and establishing the Single Window for Trade (SWTT) and the NLIP platform, the Netherlands has achieved effective cross-agency regulatory collaboration. Furthermore, the Dutch Customs' implementation of a three-tier "Blue-Green-Yellow" enforcement system ensures border security while significantly enhancing customs clearance efficiency for compliant enterprises.
