Mauritius Revenue Authority Boosts Leadership Via WCO Program
The World Customs Organization (WCO), with the support of the India Customs Cooperation Fund, conducted a Leadership and Management Development (LMD) workshop for the Mauritius Revenue Authority (MRA). The workshop aimed to enhance the leadership and management skills of MRA managers and optimize the leadership culture. Emphasis was placed on self-awareness, team building, and people management. Participants provided positive feedback. The MRA expressed gratitude to the WCO and the Government of India for their support and plans to further develop its leadership culture.
