Uruguay Customs Advances Reform with WCO Leadership Program
The World Customs Organization (WCO) conducted a leadership and management development workshop for mid-to-senior level managers of Uruguay Customs, supporting its organizational change efforts. The workshop covered core topics such as self-awareness, communication and motivation, delegation and coaching, and change management. It aimed to enhance the leadership and management skills of participants, driving the modernization of Uruguay Customs.
