Conventional paper and plastic materials have evident flaws that fail to meet the demands of sustainable development. After research, we propose the use of carbon fiber for the outer shell of express boxes and PVC spunbond as internal shock-absorbing materials, offering a green and recyclable packaging solution aimed at exploring new pathways for the sustainable development of the express industry.
