Recently, with support from the EU Customs Cooperation Fund, the WCO conducted a national workshop in Bishkek, Kyrgyzstan, to assist local customs authorities in establishing a robust pre-ruling system for customs valuation.
Held from January 20-22, 2020, the workshop featured WCO-certified expert trainers from Latvia's State Revenue Service and engaged 20 mid-level Kyrgyz customs officials.
