Imagine the transformative potential of a team with stronger cohesion, higher productivity, and more positive work attitudes. This vision became the focus of a specialized online workshop conducted by the World Customs Organization (WCO) for senior Colombian customs officials.
At the special invitation of Colombia's National Tax and Customs Directorate (DIAN), and with support from the Swiss State Secretariat for Economic Affairs (SECO)-WCO Global Trade Facilitation Program, the WCO delivered a comprehensive Leadership and Management Development (LMD) workshop in Spanish during May 2021.

- Motivational techniques: Exploring diverse motivation approaches tailored to individual team members' personalities and work requirements.
- Strategic delegation: Mastering principles of effective task assignment to enhance productivity while developing team autonomy.
- Constructive feedback: Learning techniques for delivering timely, actionable feedback to improve individual and team performance.
