WCO Hosts Pre-Certification Workshop in Guatemala City
With sponsorship from the Japan Customs Cooperation Fund (CCF-Japan), the WCO recently collaborated with Japan Customs to conduct a pre-certification workshop for Risk Management (RM) Technical and Operational Advisors (TOA) from the Americas and Caribbean region. Held in Guatemala City from June 12-16, 2023, the event brought together 12 customs officers from 10 regional customs administrations.
This initiative forms part of the WCO's strategic approach to expand its pool of experts, enabling timely responses to member administrations' risk management needs.
