The Zimbabwe Revenue Authority (ZIMRA) and Zambia Revenue Authority (ZRA) convened a crucial meeting from June 28 to July 1 in Harare to advance bilateral customs data exchange and interconnectivity. This joint workshop received technical assistance from the World Customs Organization (WCO) through the Swedish International Development Cooperation Agency-WCO Trade Facilitation and Customs Modernization (Sida-WCO TFCM) program.
ZIMRA Commissioner of Customs Batsirai Chadzingwa highlighted the collaborative efforts between both nations to achieve system interoperability for effective data exchange according to WCO standards.
