Key Responsibilities
The overseas warehouse support position focuses on assisting sellers with efficient warehouse management. Primary duties include:
- Managing daily order operations such as FBA transfers, drop shipping, and return/relabel services
- Providing business consultation and system operation guidance to ensure seller proficiency
- Coordinating channel operations and resolving warehouse or last-mile delivery issues
- Promptly addressing customer inquiries to improve satisfaction rates
- Verifying and reconciling client billing statements
- Handling operational exceptions and completing assigned tasks
Candidate Requirements
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Associate degree or higher, preferably in logistics or trade-related fields
- Minimum one year of overseas warehouse customer service experience
- Proficiency in WMS systems such as LinkStars or EasyWarehouse
- Advanced skills in Excel functions and PowerPoint
