The newly introduced E-Packet service, effective December 1, aims to provide sellers with more cost-effective shipping solutions and simplified return processes.

The service offers three primary advantages designed to enhance operational efficiency:
- Reduced Shipping Costs: Ozon's E-Packet provides discounted rates compared to standard China Post pricing, potentially increasing profit margins for sellers.
- Streamlined Operations: Existing China Post account holders can immediately utilize the service without additional registration. New users have flexible payment options including pay-on-delivery at collection points.
- Simplified Returns: The service includes complimentary return processing for undeliverable packages, reducing financial risks for merchants.
Service Coverage and Logistics
With 58 established collection points currently operational, the service offers comprehensive geographic coverage. Sellers may choose between self-delivery to designated locations or scheduled pickups through phone reservations. China Post automatically shares package tracking data with Ozon's platform, enabling real-time shipment visibility for buyers.
The initiative represents Ozon's latest effort to optimize its logistics network and enhance the seller experience on its marketplace platform.
