A new initiative in Jinfeng District aims to equip residents with cutting-edge digital skills through a specialized training program focused on artificial intelligence and livestream e-commerce. The seven-day intensive course, scheduled to begin enrollment in early May, will accept only 30 qualified applicants.

The program prioritizes six specific demographic groups:
- Individuals at risk of returning to poverty
- Recent graduates (including technical school students in relevant fields)
- High school graduates not pursuing higher education
- Rural-to-urban migrant workers
- Registered unemployed urban residents
- Other employment-challenged individuals
Comprehensive Curriculum
Participants will receive hands-on instruction in key aspects of digital commerce:
- AI applications for livestream sales
- Short-form video production and editing techniques
- Platform-specific operations for Douyin (TikTok) and Kuaishou
- Livestream studio setup and optimization
- E-commerce entrepreneurship fundamentals
- Cross-border online business considerations
Practical Training Approach
The program emphasizes experiential learning through live sales simulations and real-world scenario exercises. Additional modules will cover business planning, market analysis, startup preparation, and operational management strategies.
Attendance is mandatory throughout the full-time, in-person training period. The Jinfeng District Employment, Entrepreneurship and Talent Service Center oversees the program, with operational execution handled by the local training institution.
This workforce development initiative aligns with broader regional economic strategies to cultivate digital commerce capabilities and stimulate local economic growth through technological upskilling.
