As digital economies continue to expand globally, short-form video platforms have emerged as vital channels for entrepreneurship and employment. However, many individuals still struggle with effectively monetizing content on these platforms. To address this need, a new training initiative called the "Short-Form Video Monetization Program" has been launched with institutional support, designed to help participants master core digital skills and enhance their professional value.
Program Structure and Eligibility
The program will commence on March 1, offering 30 fully-funded spots. The curriculum combines three days of online instruction with four days of hands-on offline training. To encourage active participation, attendees who complete the in-person sessions and pass the final assessment will receive a daily living allowance of $100, totaling $400 for the full program.
Eligibility requirements include:
- Female applicants aged 18-50 or male applicants aged 18-60
- Urban residents must provide unemployment documentation
- Individuals who have previously received institutional training subsidies more than three times are ineligible
Comprehensive Curriculum
The training covers all aspects of short-form video monetization, including:
- Fundamentals of digital entrepreneurship
- Video editing and production techniques

- Platform-specific monetization methods
- Live streaming operations
- Digital transformation for brick-and-mortar businesses

Additional Training Opportunities
The initiative also offers complementary programs in various vocational fields, including culinary arts, infant care, elderly caregiving, and office administration. Qualified low-income participants who complete any training may receive an additional $210 living subsidy.
