Streamlined Participation Process

Products that meet specific criteria—including sales activity within the past 30 days and sufficient inventory levels—will be automatically included in the platform's "Hype'n'Vibe" promotional campaign. This feature aims to help popular products capitalize on peak traffic periods to maximize sales potential.

The platform will highlight eligible products with yellow indicators seven days before promotional events begin. This automated approach eliminates the need for sellers to manually select and enroll products, allowing them to focus on product optimization and customer service instead.

Flexible Management Options

While participation is automatic, sellers retain full control over their promotional strategies. The platform provides multiple adjustment methods through seller dashboards, Excel spreadsheets, and API integrations. Sellers can:

  • Add or remove products from promotions based on market response and business needs
  • Adjust the quantity of items available for each promotional offer
  • Modify discount levels to remain competitive in the marketplace

Certain promotions include freeze periods during which no changes can be made. Sellers are advised to complete all necessary adjustments before these periods begin to ensure their promotional strategies align with business objectives.

Initial Implementation Timeline

The first automated enrollment will occur on July 19, adding qualified products to the "Hits" and "SUPERhits" categories within the "Hype'n'Vibe" campaign. Sellers may edit their "Hits" promotion product lists until October 1, while "SUPERhits" promotions can only be modified before their respective freeze periods begin. The "Hot Sale" promotion remains excluded from the automated system and requires manual product enrollment.
